By accessing or using Social Media Publisher ("the App"), operated by TC Global LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App connects to these platforms through their official APIs using OAuth authentication.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have valid accounts on the social media platforms you wish to connect
• You must have the necessary permissions to manage the Pages or accounts you connect
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when publishing content
• Follow the terms of service of each connected social media platform
• Not use the App to publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Not use the App for spamming, harassment, or any form of abuse
• Not attempt to circumvent any platform's rate limits or usage restrictions

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through the App. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of publishing it to your connected social media accounts.

6. Platform Integration

The App relies on third-party APIs (Meta, TikTok, Google). We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party API availability or functionality
• Content moderation decisions made by the social media platforms
• Account restrictions imposed by the platforms
• Data handling by the platforms beyond our control

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to failed posts, lost content, or account restrictions on third-party platforms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and disconnect your accounts at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted upon request.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
