The App helps e-commerce store owners publish and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from a single interface.

- Account credentials when you log in via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google (YouTube)
- Content you create for publishing: text, images, videos, captions, and hashtags
- Scheduling preferences for when to publish content
2.2 Information from Social Media Platforms
When you connect your accounts, we access:
- Facebook: Page names, Page IDs, Page profile pictures, post engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach)
- Instagram: Business account profile information (username, profile picture, media count), published media data
- TikTok: User profile info (display name, avatar), video upload status
- YouTube: Channel information, video upload status and metadata
2.3 Technical Information
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for connected platforms
- API usage logs for debugging and performance monitoring
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
- Display your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts for selection
- Show engagement metrics and analytics for your published content
- Schedule and queue posts for future publication
- Refresh authentication tokens to maintain account connections
- Debug issues and improve the App's functionality
4. Data Storage and Security
- OAuth tokens are stored locally in environment files on your server, not in any third-party cloud database
- Published content data is stored in a local SQLite database
- Uploaded media files are stored locally on your server
- All API communications use HTTPS encryption
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following platforms through their official APIs:
- Meta Platform (Facebook & Instagram): Graph API v21.0 — governed by Meta's Privacy Policy
- TikTok: Content Posting API v2 — governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy
- Google (YouTube): YouTube Data API v3 — governed by Google's Privacy Policy
We only access data that you explicitly authorize through each platform's OAuth consent flow.
6. Data Retention
- OAuth tokens are retained as long as you keep your accounts connected. You can disconnect at any time.
- Published post records are retained for analytics purposes until you request deletion.
- Uploaded media files can be deleted by you at any time through the App.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data, including disconnecting social media accounts and removing stored tokens
- Revoke Access: Disconnect any social media platform at any time through the App or directly through the platform's settings
- Data Portability: Export your published content data
8. Data Deletion Instructions
To delete your data:
- Disconnect your social media accounts from the App
- Contact us at hearttosoul.shop@gmail.com to request complete data deletion
- You can also revoke the App's access directly from each platform:
- Facebook: Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove
- Instagram: Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove
- TikTok: Settings > Security > Manage app permissions > Remove
- YouTube: Google Account > Security > Third-party apps > Remove
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
